Staff from our Social Prescribing Team, Anthony and Olatz, participated in a recent “What Makes You Happy?” event at the Mander Centre.
This event was part of a month-long city-wide campaign organised by the Suicide Prevention Stakeholder Forum.

During the event, Anthony and Olatz engaged in various activities and had the opportunity to chat with the Mayor and other stakeholders.
They shared information about our social prescribing service and introduced our new Hospital Discharge project, highlighting the team’s important role in the community.
