The first round of Pudsey Next Steps is for new applicants to BBC Children in Need. We will support organisations which:
- Have not been funded by BBC Children in Need before.
- Have an annual income of £100,000 or less.
- Are based in the community they serve.
- Are reaching children and young people aged 0-18 years who are experiencing inequality of opportunity.
- Address the specific local priorities identified for this round specific to each Nation or Region (see below*),
Organisations can apply for:
- Grants from £1,000 – £15,000 per year for up to three years.
- Core (organisational running costs) or Project funding.
*In the Central Region, the Pudsey Next Steps programme welcomes applications from organisations situated in the Black Country (Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Walsall) that target children and young people experiencing poverty.
There is a short deadline for this round of funding, it opens on Monday 16th September and closes on Tuesday 15th October. For further information and details on this funding programme, please look on our website here.
