Who can apply:

  • Not-for-profit organisations run by, for and with women and girls. The chair must be a woman, most governing-body members and employee leaders must be women, and women or girls must be the principal focus and majority of beneficiaries.
  • Organisations need a governing document, at least three unrelated governing-body members, a UK organisational bank account with two unrelated signatories, a safeguarding policy and a full year of activity and annual accounts.
  • Registered charity status is not required. Round 8 grant recipients cannot apply, and unrestricted reserves must not exceed 12 months of expenditure.

What you can get:

  • £500–£10,000 over 18 months for campaigning and influencing, including policy advocacy, evidence gathering, media campaigns and campaign-related training.

Key notes:

  • Priorities include organisations in the most disadvantaged 20% of areas; those in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland; and groups led by and for Black and minoritised, disabled or LGBTQ+ women and girls. Applications are considered across the UK.
  • Partnership applications and applications on another organisation’s behalf are not accepted. Exclusions include international work, statutory responsibilities, profit-making or party-political activity, religious promotion, overseas travel, building purchases and costs already incurred.
  • Complete registration, an application form and a video of no more than three minutes. Decisions are expected in March 2027; work cannot be funded before a grant is received.

Deadline:
4pm on Monday 16 November 2026. Both the application form and video must be submitted by the deadline.
