Wolverhampton Safeguarding Together (WST) is holding its Annual Learning Event to explore learning from Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Safeguarding Adult Reviews and Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews. The event will consider recurring themes and how agencies can turn learning into practical action for children, adults and families.
Who it is for:
Professionals and organisations involved in safeguarding who want to reflect on review findings and strengthen multi-agency working.
What to expect:
Delegates will explore system-wide learning, opportunities to improve safeguarding practice and practical insights to support reflection and joint working.
