Sported’s Cash4Clubs programme, funded by Flutter UK and Ireland, supports community organisations helping adults get active, particularly in underserved communities.
Who can apply:
- Not-for-profit clubs and organisations across the UK and Ireland delivering, or planning, sport or physical activity for adults aged 18+ only.
- The entire organisation must have no junior members or activities, even if the funding request is solely for an adult team. Profit-making companies and CICs limited by shares are excluded.
What you can get:
- An unrestricted grant of £2,000 (€2,000 in Ireland) to support adult activities, including equipment, coaching qualifications, facilities or running costs.
Key notes:
- Applicants must use sport for social benefit. Priority includes disadvantaged communities, under-represented adults and organisations with turnover below £250,000.
- One grant per club. Elite sport, talent development and activities outside the UK and Ireland are excluded.
- Provide organisational documents and a recent organisation bank statement; relevant policies and insurance are required. Funding should be spent within four months.
- Decisions are expected by the end of February 2027. The funding comes from a sports betting and gaming provider, which is why the adults-only rule applies.
Deadline:
5pm on Friday 1 January 2027.
