City of Wolverhampton Council is asking tenants for their views on the future of council housing services. The consultation will help the council understand what matters to tenants and where services need to improve.

What is being proposed?

  • Better digital access alongside other ways to use services.
  • A stronger presence in local neighbourhoods.
  • Closer working with council and partner services, including health and community safety.
  • More joined-up estate and environmental services.
  • Better use of information to improve services, with ways for tenants to influence decisions.

Who should respond?

The council particularly wants to hear from housing tenants. Local organisations and tenants’ and residents’ associations can help by sharing the consultation with the people they support.
