The National Lottery Community Fund has launched an ambitious new programme designed to address health inequities caused by structural racism and discrimination.

The Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership programme will support up to ten partner organisations in England with significant long-term funding ranging from £250,000 to £5 million over five years.

This programme focuses on organisations led by and working with racialised communities, including Black, South Asian, Middle Eastern, East Asian, Jewish, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller groups. It aims to empower these communities to:

  • Co-design and lead long-term, community-driven solutions

  • Share learning and insights with others

  • Test innovative approaches

  • Shape future funding and policy priorities

The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking collaborative, community-led projects that address the root causes of health inequality and create fairer, more inclusive systems for future generations.

Deadline for applications: Midday on 26th November 2025
