Following the successful implementation of the Sandwell Community Bus project, Walsall Community Transport is looking for a Wolverhampton-based voluntary organisation to partner with us in operating a minibus from Spring 2026.
The ideal partner could be a community group, sports club, faith organisation, or school and will need to manage the project, so the vehicle is available 7 days a week, daytime and evenings, ensuring maximum benefit for the community.
Walsall Community Transport Will Provide:
- Full insurance, maintenance, and legal compliance
- Funding from TfWM will allow the minibus to be used not only by the host organisation but also by other local groups at greatly subsidised rates
- Limited Free MiDAS driver training courses for your drivers and volunteers
