How much?
Grants of up to £3,000.

What’s it for?
Funding is available for projects that meet one or more of the following aims:

  • Promoting health and wellbeing

  • Tackling disadvantage

  • Supporting local solutions to meet local needs

  • Promoting community cohesion

  • Developing sustainable and supportive communities

What can the funding cover?

  • Project costs

  • Small-scale community activity that delivers clear local benefit

Key things to note:

  • Grants are awarded from the income of endowment funds managed by Heart of England Community Foundation

  • Projects must clearly benefit communities in Birmingham or the Black Country

  • Applicants are encouraged to read the Fund Factsheet before applying
