Charities, CICs and not-for-profit community organisations working in areas of high social and economic deprivation.
How much?
Grants of up to £20,000.
What’s it for?
Funding is available to support projects that tackle poverty, disadvantage and social exclusion, including:

Community food provision and tackling food insecurity

Support for people facing hardship
-
Activities that improve wellbeing, resilience and inclusion
What can the funding cover?

Core costs
-
Project delivery costs
-
Running costs linked to community support activity
Key things to note:

Groups must be working in areas of high deprivation

Projects should clearly demonstrate positive impact for local people

This is a rolling programme, but funding is competitive
Deadline:
No fixed deadline – applications are open year-round (subject to available funds).
