Who’s it for?
UK-based 16–30 year olds with a business idea or early-stage venture (running for less than four years) that improves access to financial services for underserved or disadvantaged communities.
How much?

Up to £8,000 for new start-ups

Up to £18,000 for more established ventures looking to grow
What’s it for?
The programme supports young entrepreneurs developing ideas that tackle financial exclusion, particularly in communities hardest hit by the cost-of-living crisis. This includes work that improves access to banking, financial services or financial stability, either directly or indirectly.

Alongside grant funding, participants receive:

Key things to note:

Applicants must be running (or planning) a trading venture that sells goods or services

Only 650 applications are accepted per funding round

Demand is high and the programme is competitive
Deadline / timing:
Applications are currently open. The assessment period runs from January to March 2026.
