What’s funded
Projects lasting up to 12 months that improve digital access, skills and support for disadvantaged or vulnerable people.
This could include:

Digital skills training (IT basics, online safety, job skills, qualifications)

Providing devices and connectivity (laptops, tablets, SIMs, Wi-Fi access)

Outreach services such as mobile training or travelling digital support

Community digital hubs or IT suites

Targeted programmes for specific groups (e.g. people experiencing homelessness, ESOL learners, neurodiverse adults)

Collaborative projects with education providers

Digital tools that support wellbeing, access to services or community connection
Projects should demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes, such as improved digital skills, access or progression into education or employment.
