Who can apply
Voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations based in Wolverhampton.
What’s funded
Activities that support people after leaving hospital to:

Improve wellbeing
-
Build confidence and independence
-
Reduce isolation
-
Support recovery in the community
We welcome all types of activity, but are particularly interested in new and different ideas that complement what has already been delivered.
Previously funded activities have included:

Counselling
-
E-bike cycling
-
Creative Lego sessions
-
Low impact exercise and mobility activities
-
Befriending (telephone and face-to-face)
We are keen to support fresh approaches, new ideas and gaps in provision.

Applications from these areas are still welcome. However, we are particularly keen to support activity in wards where delivery has not yet taken place.
Important update
The programme has now been extended, meaning activities can be delivered up to the end of June 2026.
