The Barclays Community Sport Fund is offering grants to grassroots organisations using sport to tackle inequality and improve wellbeing. With a focus on football, cricket and tennis, funding supports projects that increase participation among women, girls, and underrepresented groups, particularly in areas of high deprivation.
What the funding is for
This programme supports grassroots sports projects that use sport as a tool to improve confidence, wellbeing and inclusion. Funding focuses on increasing access to football, tennis and cricket, particularly for women and girls, disabled people, racially diverse communities and LGBTQ+ groups. Projects should demonstrate how they will engage new participants and reduce barriers to taking part.

Applicants must be delivering (or planning to deliver) football, cricket, or tennis activities and be working in areas of high deprivation or supporting underrepresented groups.
