Key notes
Funding supports charities whose main work focuses on one of the programme’s specialist physical health priorities, including:

  • Evidence-based physical therapies for people with neurodegenerative or neuromuscular conditions, physical disabilities or life-changing injuries
  • Specialist information and support for people with a specific health condition
  • Direct clinical healthcare for people experiencing homelessness, street sex workers or vulnerable migrants
  • Emergency-response air ambulance charities in eligible areas

The programme does not fund capital projects, new pilot services from charities it has not previously supported, or broad community, wellbeing, transport, carers’ or general disability services that do not meet its specialist criteria.
