The Arnold Clark Community Fund – Community Support programme provides funding for charities and community organisations delivering projects that make a difference to local communities. The current application window is specifically for animal welfare and arts & culture organisations.

Who can apply: UK charities, local community groups, social enterprises, CICs, charitable incorporated organisations and other community or voluntary-led groups. Organisations must operate in the UK and be located within 50 miles of an Arnold Clark branch. Applicants must also have a business bank account in the organisation’s name.

What you can get: Funding of up to £2,500, awarded as a one-off payment. The final amount awarded is decided by the Arnold Clark Community Fund team and may vary depending on the application and needs of the organisation.

Key notes: Although the wider Community Support programme covers areas including mental health, disability, equality and diversity, youth groups, community enhancement and sustainability, only animal welfare and arts & culture applications are currently open. Funding cannot be used for wages, loan or debt repayments, political activities, private gain or grant-giving.

Deadline: No fixed deadline. Applications are considered on a rolling basis until the available funding has been allocated, and Arnold Clark recommends applying early as application windows may close due to high demand.
