A new £5 million funding programme is now open to help charities strengthen mental health support for girls and young women aged 14-25. Young Women in Mind is a joint initiative from the The Pilgrim Trust, Prudence Trust and Julia Rausing Trust, supporting organisations to expand and improve existing therapeutic mental health services for young women.
Get Grants is hosting a free online “Meet the Funder” session with Alicia Cheshire from Groundwork, giving organisations the chance to learn more about the Tesco Fruit & Veg Grants programme and ask questions directly to the funder.

Every four months, three local good causes are selected to be in the blue token customer vote in Tesco stores throughout the UK.
The Triangle Trust 1949 Fund is offering grants to organisations supporting girls aged 11 to 18 who are already involved with, or at high risk of entering, the criminal justice system. This funding round is focused on girls affected by gangs, county lines, exclusion from education, and care experience.
The AB Charitable Trust is offering grants to organisations working to promote human dignity and defend the rights of people who are marginalised or excluded. Funding is usually unrestricted, allowing organisations flexibility to use the grant where it is most needed.
Groundwork is working with People’s Postcode Lottery to offer flexible, unrestricted grants for small, local organisations making a positive difference in their communities. Grants of up to £2,000 are available and can be used for core costs like rent, utilities, staffing, or equipment – giving groups the freedom to spend the funding where it’s most needed.
