The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) have launched a Renters Rights Act Campaign Fund, which will provide community groups and organisations between £1,000 and £2,500. The grant can be used to run activities to raise awareness of private renter’s rights, with a total funding pot of up to £30,000.
